Currently we employ 12 office based design staff including our Group Technical Manager, 2 Design Managers, 8 CAD Designers and Design Administration. Collectively our design team has a wide range of industry experience and qualifications in architectural, construction and engineering disciplines.
Our head office Design Department is currently equipped with Autodesk Autocad LT 2008 (and ADT for 3D work) plus Microsoft Project for programming the design and procurement process. We are also well versed in the use of many of the on-line collaborative construction project information systems.
Alongside our permanent staff we employ the full time services of a Chartered Structural Engineer for the purposes of providing structural calculations and detailing and reviewing our design drawings from a structural viewpoint. Both Baris and our Consulting Engineer have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
In addition to a well stocked technical library of product literature COSHH information and test data we subscribe to the RIBA ti ‘Construction Information Service’ for online access to the latest relevant industry standards and publications and are members of ‘CWCT’ Centre for Window and Cladding Technology.
